Exam Needs Training/Refresher

An overview of both evening midterm and final exam scheduling instructions, policies, and procedures was provided. This information is useful but for both new and seasoned administrators.

Proof It! Prepping for Registration

Learn about the many checklist items to consider in your preparations for Early Registration, and some tips/tricks for how to manage it all. Registrar's Curriculum Management System

Hosted by the Office of the Registrar’s Curriculum Management team, this Teach and Learn provided an overview of key processes and deadlines. Staff from the following areas - Academic Organization, Programs of Study, Course Library, General Catalog, Degree Audit, and Sample Plans - introduce who they are, what they do, and how they work together to support campus.  

Tips, Tricks, and Tools to Manage Section Enrollment

In preparation for fall 2023 enrollment, both for returning and entering students, this information is for all administrators who manage waitlists, utilize seat reservations and/or restrictions and who oversee section enrollment for Gen Ed courses for first year students to virtually attend this session.

Information about waitlist management, including how waitlists interact with restrictions and seat reservations was provided by Alysha Ahlf and Jolene Cole. Cornelia Lang, Maureen Schafer and Kari Yankey provided information about enrollment management.
