Student Academic Services User's Group

The Office of the Registrar facilitates quarterly meetings where MAUI enhancements, new processes, and upcoming processes are highlighted. 

Meetings are held virtually and are recorded. More information is located on the Student Academic Services User's Group. Please also consider signing up for subscription list to receive meeting agendas, calendar invites and meeting recap information.

View course subjects from MAUI Academic Organizations

Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 14, MAUI users can view all course subjects housed within an academic unit directly from the academic organizations page.

  1. Navigate to MAUI Academic Organizations.
  2. Use the search bar or click through to find the unit you are interested in.
  3. Click the link near the top right of the academic unit's page:

There is also a new academic unit filter on the MAUI Course Subject Lookups page.

Document Repository - Programs of Study and Academic Organizations

Individual programs of study and academic units now display any historical documentation the registrar's office has from roughly the early 1990s onward. Documents related to the creation, revision, and closure of programs of study and academic units will continue to be loaded here as future changes are made.

To find the document repository, navigate to an individual program of study from the MAUI Programs of Study dashboard, or to an academic unit from the MAUI Academic Organizations dashboard. Scroll all the way to the bottom to see the Attached Documents section of the page:

If departments find informational documents relevant to the creation, revision, or closure of programs of study or academic units, they are welcome to share those with the registrar's office for storage on these pages.
